Running can change you, and when you share those miles with someone who are deeply into fitness, can change your life and help achieve good health. Running in group can further improve your relationship with other people and relax your mind; most of us have experienced how running with someone produces deep conversations and fosters meaningful bonds.
We believe in doing more of outdoor activities such as running, cycling, yoga and much more. We at Runbaaz believe to spread, promote and help other individuals take a step towards healthy and active life. Fitness time is our "We Time" in which we share our views, talk about fitness and much more. We welcome each individual who wish to celebrate fitness in open and with nature.
In today's fast paced and busy life, we don't get to spend much time for health and fitness. Everyone is busy with either personal or professional commitments. But if we indulge ourselves into any physical activity such as running, yoga, cycling that will prove to be an advantage for our body. We spend 8-10 hrs each week on workouts and convert this period into quality time which we spent with each other.

As a fitness group we hope to achieve our fitness goal with everyone who is a fitness freak and thinks about living a healthy life. Being a friendly and very active Fitness Group we organise different activities. Our activities and workout include cycling, running, yoga, zumba and much more.
WE RUN TOGETHER, HAVE FUN TOGETHER, CELBRATE TOGETHER More often, we recreational/amateur runners look for small successes/achievements in our workouts and always want to celebrate those. As a group, we witness each other’s success and celebrate these victories together which helps strengthen the bond, build confidence and motivates to achieve greater fitness.
