Nutan Sinha & Amartya Sinha are Couple Runner from India. As an Indian Couple Runner, we choose ultimate therapy towards being fit & healthy. We are amongst Top Couple Runners in India, who motivates others through our running journey. Running can change you, and when you share those miles with someone, they change your relationship. Running with your spouse can further improve your relationship; most of us have experienced how running with someone produces deep conversations and fosters meaningful bonds.
We believe in doing more of outdoor activities such as running, cycling, yoga and much more. We as couple runners in India, believe to spread, promote and help other individuals take a step towards healthy and active life. Fitness time is our "We Time" in which we share our views, talk about fitness and much more. We welcome each individual who wish to celebrate fitness in open and with nature.
When it comes to running together, we as runners love running and do tempo runs, long runs, and speedwork to build speed and efficiency. We make it fun and encourage each other to give extra boost to our running.
We design an effective couples workout plan with creative exercises that works for both of us. Working out together makes exercise more fun, increase motivation levels and help us reach our goals faster.
Whether we are training for marathon or just doing our running practice, we do strength training to improve and excell ourselves in running. We do this strength building exercises with little or no equipment.
When we workout together, it makes us feel happier and increase our energy levels. Doing outdoor workout helps in increasing self-esteem even more and gives boost of self-love. We push each other to stay on track and keep going.
Nutan Sinha and Amartya Sinha, both are ultra-marathon runners and have participated in ultra running events. When it comes to ultra run, we go beyond our limits and achieve our goal.
Being a marathon runner is not easy. It requires intricate planning and preparation. Running marathon is always challenging, but we as marathon runners, enjoy our run to the fullest.
Half Marathon is a friendly distance and till now we both have done numerous half marathons. For us the excitement around half marathon is the same as at a marathon or ultra run.
We both have done 6 hours stadium running and a 12 hours relay run is done by Amartya. We enjoyed this kind of endurance run being marathoners and long-distance runners.

Running is alone time that lets my brain unspool the tangles that build up over days...I run, pound it out on the pavement, channel that energy into my legs, and when I'm done with my run, I'm done with it

It's very hard at the beginning to understand that the whole idea is not to beat the other runners. Eventually, you learn that the competition is against the little voice inside you that wants you to quit.
If you want to start running, begin with walk, exercise and slow run. With time you can change your workout plan.
Do some exercises and workouts to reduce belly fat in which you can include the bicycle crunch, Russian twist, leg raises and much more.

To avoid injuries and get the most out of your performance you must always do warm-up exercises before you start running.
