Anyone above 18 years of age can join the group irrespective of Caste, Creed and gender.
Group T-shirt is mandatory to own to represent as a group member. You can get in touch with group admins of the same.
70% attendance of group events is mandatory. Failing to do so will lead to striking out name from group members list.
All the activities (includes running, cycling, walk) needs to be recorded on Strava and can share their data on WhatsApp Group. They can also join Strava Running Group RunBaaz.
We are a family. We have group parties on sharing basis. Its is not mandatory to attend but active participation will be appreciated.
Group Run / Training are done on daily basis and the venue is Gate No. 6 (Near Engine Track), Janeshwar Mishra Park, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh - 226010.
Sunday: Long Run
Tuesday & Thursday: Training Run
Saturday: Group Workout
Timing: 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.
No eve teasing / Religious comments on the forum will be entertained.

Show up early or on-time for the start of runs. It’s not fair to the people who make an effort to get there on time that they have to wait for late-comers.
Carry some form of government Identification and emergency contact details.

Leave your headphones at home. Engage with your fellow runners during the workout. Don't be afraid to start conversations. For example, you can ask questions about upcoming running events or previous running experience. Positive and friendly conversations will help the time fly by, especially on long runs.
Always follow traffic rules. Stay to the right side of the road, cross busy streets with the traffic signal, and try not to run more than two abreast to allow cars and cyclists to pass. Always run against traffic so that you can see oncoming cars and trucks.
